I am legally entitled to sell this property. I understand I will be required to provide evidence of my identity in the form of passport or driving licence certified copies and proof of residence in the form of recent utility bill copy (dated within the last 3 months). I accept the price confirmed is to cover initial marketing costs only and any other service subsequently provided by Adore Properties may or may not take place dependent upon Adore Properties introducing a suitable buyer.
